Kevin Galassini

Lincoln-Way Hockey Club is thrilled to welcome back Kevin Galassini as our Hockey Director!

Kevin is a foundational figure in the Lincoln-Way program, having previously served as Director and Head Coach from 2014 to 2023. His lasting impact on our culture is so profound that our annual leadership award presented at the year-end banquet is named in his honor.

On the ice, Kevin led Lincoln-Way to its first IL West Varsity Championship and multiple Elite Eight State appearances, drawing from a coaching career that includes Tier 1 AAA girls hockey with the Arctic Jr. Fury. As a player, he competed for Marist High School and played ACHA D1 Hockey for Arizona State University.

Kevin’s philosophy focuses on player development, discipline, mentorship, and fostering a lifelong love for the game. Highly respected by league administration and the AHAI High School Committee, he is deeply involved at every level of the club.

After a short time away to support his daughter Mia (an LW Alumna) during her hockey career at Michigan State University, Kevin returns to lead our club into its next chapter. Welcome back, Coach Kevin!
